As a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor I will asses physical limitations pertaining to mobility, stability, coordination, flexibility, strength, and endurance. The golf swing requires a total body effort and knowing what your body can and cannot do is the first step in developing an action plan for peak performance. This system has been created with all golfers in mind. Male / Female, Juniors / Seniors, and Tour Pro’s / Beginners Golfers. Benefits of the program are; lower risk of golf related injury, better ball striking, distance gains, increased range of motion and better overall daily posture and health.
